I agree that my participation in the Roanoke Summer Tennis League is voluntary. Furthermore, I agree to assume any risk associated with participating in the league, and releases the city of Roanoke, and the Hunting Hills Country Club, from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise during my participation. Such releases are without limitation, and include attorneys' fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages I may suffer.
